California Common Ale is the only truly indigenous American beer style. It’s know as a hybrid beer combining characteristics of both ales and lagers. Our interpretation of the style uses ale yeast brewed at lager temperatures leaving us a malty, somewhat sweet front end, and a clean finish with hints of mint from the Northern Brewer hops. Named in honor of the countless pint glasses that are missing in action. We hope you enjoy the beer but leave the glass.
