This hop-forward take on a classic Bohemian Pilsner packs in the flavor and aroma of German Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops that are added late in the boil and during the whirlpool. The beer has an intense but pleasant bitterness, some distinctive spice and a clean finish with floral and citrus tones. This batch has been aggressively aged on oak for 12 months then dry hopped again with Hallertauer Mittelfrueh. Just in time for summer!
