This pale ale uses a truly international mix of ingredients – Vic’s Secret hops from Australia, yeast from America, and grain from Canada and the United Kingdom. This all combines to produce a hop forward pale ale that is dominated by the passionfruit and citrus flavors of the hops, and a nice residual sweetness from the malts.
