Dubbel Dog Dare – Belgian Dubbel
Check out the brewery sign – that’s Tassie, the brewery dog! Tassie’s beer is a classic Belgian style abbey ale. It’s full flavored and malty, but has a dry finish with some toffee notes. The yeast also adds a layer of subtle Belgian fruitiness.
S.M.A.S.H. – Pale Ale
S.M.A.S.H. beers are defined by their simplicity. Single Malt And Single Hop. This is our rotating series of beers featuring regional and worldwide malts and hops. Our 7th in the series uses Carolina Gold malt from North Carolina and Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. A nicely balanced beer that showcases both malt and hops.
Femme Petale – Honey Hibiscus Saison
This Saison was brewed with the Charleston BREWSTERS, an organization that encourages women to brew at local Charleston breweries, and they did an awesome job. We brewed a Saison and added Hibiscus flowers in the kettle and honey in the fermenter.
Green Ghost – Hoppy Hefeweizen
We used Grüngeist hops to make a bitter version of our traditional Hefeweizen. This hop adds peach and passionfruit to the banana and clove flavors of the hefe, not to mention a nice dose of bitterness to balance out the beer. Enjoy this beer while you can…it’s a limited edition.
Hop to Conclusions – New England IPA
Having a case of the Monday’s? Can’t find your red stapler? This New England IPA can help! Dry hopped at the height of fermentation with tons of Amarillo and Idaho 7 hops, this beer is bursting with tropical fruit and pine, and significant back end bitterness to balance the finish.

This all combines to produce a hop forward pale ale that is dominated by the passionfruit and citrus flavors of the hops, […]
Fence Hopper – International IPA
We called this beer an international IPA because it uses ingredients from all over the world. Galaxy hops from Australia, Simcoe hops from the USA, and grains from the UK, Canada, Germany, and the USA. So be like our head brewer and hop some fences with this balanced IPA.
Keep Calm and Saison – French Farmhouse

This farmhouse style of beer was historically brewed in the winter months when temperatures were lower and more favorable for fermentation and then consumed by farmhands in the hot […]
