BADGER’S BLACKBERRY PALE ALE – English Pale Ale
No blackberries were harmed in the making of this beer. Instead we used a unique English hop called Bramling Cross that is simply bursting with blackberry flavor and aroma. This is a one time seasonal release so get it while you can.
S.M.A.S.H. – Pale Ale
S.M.A.S.H. beers are defined by their simplicity. Single Malt And Single Hop. This is our rotating series of beers featuring regional and worldwide malts and hops. Our 7th in the series uses Carolina Gold malt from North Carolina and Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. A nicely balanced beer that showcases both malt and hops.
Femme Petale – Honey Hibiscus Saison
This Saison was brewed with the Charleston BREWSTERS, an organization that encourages women to brew at local Charleston breweries, and they did an awesome job. We brewed a Saison and added Hibiscus flowers in the kettle and honey in the fermenter. This batch was aged on Burgundy Barrels.
Tart Vader – Berliner Weisse
This sour wheat is bright, tart and refreshing. Napoleon’s troops referred to Berliner Weisse as the “Champagne of the North” due to its lively and elegant character. Our representation of this classic German style wheat beer is kettle soured, and lightly hopped resulting in an acidic lemony tartness that is perfect for the summer heat. […]
Oak Aged Mad Hopper – Hoppy Bohemian Pilsner
This hop-forward take on a classic Bohemian Pilsner packs in the flavor and aroma of German Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops that are added late in the boil and during the whirlpool. The beer has an intense but pleasant bitterness, some distinctive spice and a clean finish with floral and citrus tones. This batch has been aggressively […]
Wicked Throat Chamah – New England style IPA
This juicy New England style IPA is wicked awesome! It’s a nice alternative to West Coast IPAs. Dry hopped at the height of fermentation with tons of Citra and Amarillo, this beer is definitely hop forward but has almost no bitterness on the back end. It has a hazy orange color, and is full of […]
Creamy McBoatface – Dry Hopped Cream Ale
This light and easy drinking cream ale is dry hopped with Mosaic. It has a beautiful yellow hue, a creamy head, and is really refreshing. The hops add aroma and flavor, not bitterness. This is your boat beer for the summer! Google Boaty McBoatface if you want the inspiration for this beer’s name.
First Blood – Hefeweizen with Blood Orange
This refreshingly tart and crisp Bavarian style wheat ale has hints of banana, coriander and clove. In German the prefix “Hefe” means “with yeast”, hence the beer’s unfiltered and cloudy appearance. We’ve also added blood oranges in the fermenter which rounds out the beer with a subtle citrusy zest on the backend.
