Holy Rolly Charleston is the Holy City’s first ever frozen rolled cream dessert food truck serving the low-country. Far from your normal dessert food truck, we roll fresh cream on a cold plate and make a variety of sinful and saintly frozen rolled cream desserts right in front of your eyes. This style of ice cream making was born on the streets of Thailand but the owners have brought this experience to Charleston. We are a locally owned and operated family business founded in July 2018.
