Come try some chow from the latest food truck concept to hit Charleston! J & B’s Bucket List is a veteran-owned, veteran-operated food truck in the Charleston, SC area.
On the menu – chicken and waffles, beef sliders, tacos, cheesy grits, potato hash, scotch eggs, deep fried deviled eggs.
The owners are Jeff Wagner and Brian Hilliker.
“We both served 20 + years in the United States Air Force and are now following our passion. After serving in the same unit for the last 9 years, we learned of each other’s passion for food. Shortly after leaving the Air Force, we attended the Culinary Program at the Arts Institute of Charleston. In December 2014, we received our Associate’s Degree with honors. The next step is to open our food truck and provide the best food concepts from around the world and our back door.”
